Finom is seeking a Head of Product - Core Experience to shape the heart of its platform, owning critical product areas like spend management, accounts receivable/invoicing, and AI-driven experiences. The ideal candidate will have several years of product leadership experience, a deep understanding of SMEs and their financial admin needs, and a passion for leveraging AI to automate and enhance core product experiences.
Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Define and lead the product strategy for Finom’s core product experience, building on our suite of products that streamline spend management, AR/invoicing, and financial admin for SMEs.
- Create and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and innovations that align with business goals and customer needs and ensuring execution against the strategy.
- Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, time-saving solutions to entrepreneurs that extend and eliminate the need for a traditional finance team.
- Hire, coach, and develop product managers on your team, fostering their growth and building a high-performing product organization.
- Champion product craft, ensuring every feature reflects excellence in design, usability, and technical execution to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Deeply understand the jobs to be done and the acute pain points that entrepreneurs face, using customer insights to design solutions that save time, cut costs, and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to harness our world-class payments infrastructure, making it the backbone of our differentiated customer experience.
- Set, monitor, and manage OKRs and initiatives that measure the success of core experiences, tying them directly to customer value and business outcomes.
- Stay attuned to SME needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to evolve our core offerings and maintain a competitive edge continually.
- Foster a culture of rapid iteration and bold innovation, balancing research-based and data-driven decisions with quick execution to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Take direct responsibility for revenue generation, ensuring core product enhancements translate into measurable financial outcomes for the business.

- You’re a strategic leader who blends customer insights, business acumen, analytical thinking, and technical know-how to create high-impact solutions.
- You have experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around a unified product vision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You excel in navigating ambiguity, and bringing structure and momentum to complex initiatives.
- You’re a skilled communicator, both spoken and written, translating intricate concepts into clear, actionable plans for diverse audiences.
