1Password is seeking a Head of Sports Marketing to lead their global brand partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans, managing key relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to integrate the partnership into broader brand initiatives. The ideal candidate has proven experience in global brand sponsorships, strategic thinking, storytelling, leadership, and partnership relations. What we're looking for:
- Experience: Proven experience in global brand sponsorships, specifically in Formula 1 or comparable top-tier sports marketing programs.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic leader with a creative mindset, capable of executing bold, out-of-the-box ideas with precision.
- Storytelling: A passion for impactful storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Leadership: A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, influencing executives, and collaborating across departments to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
- Partnership Relations: Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on maximizing partnership value and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Experience establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and using insights to optimize partnership programs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Develop and deliver breakthrough storytelling ideas that elevate our brand.
- Work with senior leadership to identify and secure additional high-impact sports partnerships.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all sponsorship initiatives.
- Lead the development of high-impact hospitality experiences for VIP customers and prospects.
