Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule global training sessions, team meetings, and workshops across multiple time zones.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal communications using platforms like Poppulo and Canva.
- Maintain global learning and communications calendars to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Process and track training registrations and completions in Workday.
- Assist in creating visually engaging presentations and communication materials.
- Gather and compile feedback from training sessions and communication campaigns.
- Provide support for both teams, including documentation and reporting.
Knowledge
- Basic project management and tracking
- Understanding of different communication channels (email, intranet, newsletters)
