Job Summary

Acquia is seeking an Integrations Specialist to join their Native Integrations Team. In this role, you will design, develop and implement integrations and automation to connect technologies to Acquia's DAM solution. You will also document best practices, participate in discovery sessions, offer technical support, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive productivity and efficiencies for customers. The ideal candidate has a background in information systems, computer science, or equivalent industry experience, and is familiar with integration platforms, RESTful APIs, SQL, agile methodology, and process orchestration tools. We are seeking an Integrations Specialist to join the Acquia Native Integrations Team. In this role, you will be a part of a team that designs, develops and implements integrations and automation to help connect other technologies to Acquia’s DAM solution.  

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Help design, implement, and maintain Native Integrations to drive productivity and efficiencies for our customers.
  • Document best practices, enhance processes, and drive operational excellence.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and solution design with stakeholders to align with their business goals.
  • Offer technical support and share expertise with our CSM, AM and support teams as needed. 

Qualifications 

  • A background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with Workato or other integration platforms is ideal.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs 
  • Knowledge of SQL in any RDBMS is a plus.
  • Good understanding of agile methodology and experience in product management tools such as Jira would be helpful.
  • Familiarity with process orchestration, workflow tools, Business Process Management, Robotic Process Automation, or other automation products.
  • Experience in implementing integration projects involving enterprise systems and SaaS.
  • Understanding of security best practices for integration and data handling.
