As a Junior Associate Partner Growth Manager, you will support key relationships with partners to grow existing revenue streams and identify new opportunities. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and measure conversion and optimization experiments, and develop trusted advisor status with partners. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite, strong analytical and technical abilities, and experience working in cross-functional teams. Job Description
What will your day look like? You will...
- Foster pivotal partner relationships, identify revenue opportunities and oversee essential transformation.
- Design, execute, and measure conversion and optimization experiments to further optimize yield.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experienceIdentify insights, trends and correlations, and optimize performance based on those findings.
- Evaluate emerging best practices and optimization strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Own the solution design of the integration process and work with partners to design the most optimized solution.
- Develop trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders.
- Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly.
- Use data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
- Minimum of 2 years partner or customer management experience.
- Experience with revenue forecasting.
- Understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with embedded technology frameworks.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
