The company is looking for a talented individual with native-level Serbian/Croatian, fluent English, and basic understanding of digital marketing. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach. As an Account Manager, you will work with top global creators and influencers, learn about Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads, and gain experience in client-facing roles. You will also interact daily with the Founders and receive mentoring from them. The company offers flexible remote work options, unlimited growth opportunities, and exposure to an early-stage tech startup environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Native level of Serbian / Croatian. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators’ and influencers’ needs.
  • Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need.
  • Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
  • Strong willingness to learn.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
  • Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
  • Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
