Process and Documentation Management:
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and alignment of processes and documentation across the organization.
- Organize and categorize process documentation to ensure easy access for all stakeholders.
Collaboration and Alignment:
- Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and update process information.
- Ensure alignment of processes across teams.
Auditing & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and compliance of documentation.
- Maintain and update audit databases.
- Ensure customer-facing responses are regularly audited and updated.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to keep teams informed of process changes and best practices.
- Participate in process discussions with operations, client success, and quality teams.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert in knowledge management.
- Assist in complex process documentation and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management or process development.
- Strong understanding of process alignment, documentation management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
