Position Overview: The Knowledge Management Lead is a mid-level position responsible for managing and overseeing the alignment and accuracy of organizational processes and documentation. The Lead will ensure that all documentation is maintained, verified, and aligned with organizational standards and goals. The role includes conducting regular audits, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions, and supporting client audits with expert knowledge and documentation.

Process and Documentation Management:

    • Manage the creation, maintenance, and alignment of processes and documentation across the organization.
    • Organize and categorize process documentation to ensure easy access for all stakeholders.

Collaboration and Alignment:

    • Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and update process information.
    • Ensure alignment of processes across teams.

Auditing & Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and compliance of documentation.
    • Maintain and update audit databases.
    • Ensure customer-facing responses are regularly audited and updated.

Knowledge Sharing:

    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to keep teams informed of process changes and best practices.
    • Participate in process discussions with operations, client success, and quality teams.

Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Act as a subject matter expert in knowledge management.
    • Assist in complex process documentation and alignment.

Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management or process development.
    • Strong understanding of process alignment, documentation management, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems.
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
