We seek a highly motivated and experienced Lead KOL Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding crypto and gaming (web2, web3) influencers, and managing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the web3 landscape and a proven track record of working in this space.
 
Responsibilities:
 
-Always look for and onboard suitable content creators, fostering strong relationships.
-Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
-Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web3 marketing and influencer relations.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the company.
 
Requirements:
 
-Proven experience in web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
