You'll partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, support performance calibration processes, and coach people leaders to effectively manage performance. With 7+ years of experience in People Success or HR Business Partnering, you'll drive talent success, optimize retention, and reinforce a culture where speed, excellence, and kindness define how the company works. Job Description
What you’ll do
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that drive performance and engagement.
- Support performance calibration processes, ensuring fair, accurate, and strategic talent assessments and promotions.
- Guide leaders through change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of company-wide transformations.
- Conduct user research and testing to identify people's challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
- Coach people leaders to effectively manage performance, ensuring teams are structured for growth and accountability.
- Analyze talent retention trends and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and long-term commitment.
- Lead key culture and engagement programs, fostering a vibrant, high-performing, and connected global team.
- Advocate for Superside’s values, ensuring they remain at the heart of every people initiative and decision.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of experience in People Success, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Strategy, ideally in high-growth or remote-first companies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and present ideas clearly to senior leaders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying root causes and developing strategic People solutions.
- Empathy, discretion, and sound judgment, especially in sensitive conversations and leadership coaching.
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a growth mindset and eagerness to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong change management skills, able to guide teams through transformation and evolving company structures.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring structured processes and smooth execution.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven, with proficiency in G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides), preferably with experience with data visualization tools.
