Job Description

At Superside, we’re pioneering automation in design, product photography, and digital asset creation—helping top global brands scale creative work faster and smarter.
As a Lead Product Engineer, you’ll build AI-powered tools that transform creative production, develop and deploy AI-driven solutions, integrating LLMs, text-to-image, and text-to-voice models into real-world creative workflows. You’ll own technical design, architecture, and implementation, collaborating with AI engineers and enterprise customers to build cutting-edge automation tools.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building AI-powered products, and want to revolutionize creative workflows, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What you’ll do

    • Lead and develop hands-on AI-powered automation tools for enterprise creative teams.
    • Design and scope technical solutions, working closely with customers to translate business needs into scalable AI integrations.
    • Integrate AI models (LLMs, text-to-image, text-to-voice) into production-grade creative tools.
    • Build and optimize microservice-based software architectures, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with AI engineers and designers to create seamless, user-friendly workflows within creative platforms like Figma and Adobe Suite.
    • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept applications and refine them into fully functional production tools.
    • Engage with enterprise stakeholders, explaining technical requirements to non-technical audiences and ensuring alignment on implementation.
    • Drive automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance creative workflows through AI.

What you’ll need to succeed

    • 7+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade software in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, scaleup, technical consulting).
    • Experience designing and developing AI-powered automation solutions, ideally within the creative industry.
    • Strong full-stack development expertise (frontend, backend, infrastructure), using Typescript and preferably Python and React. AWS expertise for managing storage and cloud infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in leveraging AI APIs (LLMs, text-to-image models, text-to-voice models) for automation and optimization.
    • Deep understanding of microservice-based architectures and scalable system design.
    • Ability to rapidly prototype and transition proof-of-concept AI tools into production.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Native or professional English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
    • Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Suite APIs (or experience building integrations for creative tools) is a plus.
