We are looking for a Lead Product Manager in the crypto domain to head a growing division of 2+ product teams., a gate between blockchains and user interface. In this role, you’ll prioritize and develop requests from multiple teams and stakeholders, evaluating and balancing their needs to determine which system components should be delivered first and why at the domain level, be able to translate them to the operational level within teams, and elevate to strategic planning at the domain level in collaboration with other product leads
Responsibilities:

- Participation in strategic planning and goals of the product line in the area of crypto services development
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the successful implementation of product objectives
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhancements
- Mentoring product managers in your domain
- Aligning focuses and dependencies considering the company’s strategy and the operational needs of internal stakeholders
- Taking into account and aligning with cross-team technical dependencies
- Forecasting value delivery considering the operational readiness to support functionality
- Understanding the delivery value, and have a clear understanding of the ecosystem in which the service operates
- Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development
- Clearly and concisely communicate the business value of solutions to the team and stakeholders
Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Manager/Owner, preferably in the crypto or payments domain
- Understanding blockchain principles and crypto payments operations
- Experience managing two or more product teams
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including experience in guiding projects from concept to delivery and coordinating across various stages of development
- Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing requests from multiple teams, balancing competing needs, and making data-driven decisions to deliver the most impactful components
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and various internal departments, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables
- Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and user workflows, with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and roadmap execution
- Data driven mindset and “can do“ attitude
