StackAdapt is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Planning & Forecasting to lead the product team responsible for forecasting tools that give customers confidence in their advertising efforts. The role involves setting the quality bar for all work delivered, delivering on individual features, and creating a product-wide vision for the planning space. Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Growing product management talent as a lead so that we can efficiently scale our impact as our company continues to experience rapid expansion.
- Setting the quality bar for all the work your team delivers so that our customers feel their needs are well understood and addressed by the features we ship.
- Delivering on individual features and work that you will own and setting an example for not only your team, but the rest of the product team.
- Creating a product-wide vision for the planning space, including how forecasting can be leveraged throughout the platform.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience as a product management leader.
- Excellent collaborator, able to tailor your approach when working with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams.
- Keen design sense; you’re able to look at a feature and understand it through a user’s eyes.
- Clarity of writing denotes clarity of thought; you’re able to capture and distill ideas down into written word in order to build consensus around your vision.
- AdTech experience preferred but not required.
