Job Summary
StackAdapt is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Planning & Forecasting to lead the product team responsible for forecasting tools that give customers confidence in their advertising efforts. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a product management leader, excellent collaboration skills, and a keen design sense. They will work closely with various teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Revenue, to deliver impactful features and set a vision for the planning space. With a focus on accuracy and customer success, this role will result in a direct impact on the company's bottom line. Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Growing product management talent as a lead so that we can efficiently scale our impact as our company continues to experience rapid expansion.
- Setting the quality bar for all the work your team delivers so that our customers feel their needs are well understood and addressed by the features we ship.
- Delivering on individual features and work that you will own and setting an example for not only your team, but the rest of the product team.
- Creating a product-wide vision for the planning space, including how forecasting can be leveraged throughout the platform.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience as a product management leader.
- Excellent collaborator, able to tailor your approach when working with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams.
- Keen design sense; you’re able to look at a feature and understand it through a user’s eyes.
- Clarity of writing denotes clarity of thought; you’re able to capture and distill ideas down into written word in order to build consensus around your vision.
- AdTech experience preferred but not required.
