Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, quota allocation, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, P&C, and sales leadership to define and refine revenue targets and effectively manage headcount/capacity
- Provide insights on go-to-market strategy, market penetration, and growth opportunities.
- Drive the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different regions and teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of planning and forecasting tools to enhance sales operations efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration with CRM and BI platforms.
- Drive adoption by providing training and best practices to sales and RevOps teams.
- Continuously assess and optimize forecasting models and automation capabilities.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Partner with enablement teams to support training and development initiatives for sales teams.
- Provide analytical support for leadership meetings, QBRs, and strategic initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytics role.
- Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with sales forecasting (using tools like Anaplan, Pigment), territory planning, and quota management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, or similar high-growth industries is a plus.
