Job Description

StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads and digital out-of-home ads. We are seeking a Lead, Revenue Planning and Strategy to drive strategic planning, deliver insightful analytics, and improve operational efficiency within our sales organization. This role will support sales leadership in forecasting, pipeline management, business performance tracking, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating data-driven insights into actionable business decisions.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada or the US for this position.

What you'll be doing:

    • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, quota allocation, and capacity planning.
    • Collaborate with finance, marketing, P&C, and sales leadership to define and refine revenue targets and effectively manage headcount/capacity
    • Provide insights on go-to-market strategy, market penetration, and growth opportunities.
    • Drive the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across different regions and teams.
    • Analytics & Performance Insights
    • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
    • Provide actionable insights to optimize sales productivity and conversion rates.
    • Planning & Forecasting Tool Implementation
    • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of planning and forecasting tools to enhance sales operations efficiency.
    • Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration with CRM and BI platforms.
    • Drive adoption by providing training and best practices to sales and RevOps teams.
    • Continuously assess and optimize forecasting models and automation capabilities.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
    • Partner with enablement teams to support training and development initiatives for sales teams.
    • Provide analytical support for leadership meetings, QBRs, and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the table:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytics role.
    • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis.
    • Experience with sales forecasting (using tools like Anaplan, Pigment), territory planning, and quota management.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
    • Experience in SaaS, AdTech, or similar high-growth industries is a plus.
