The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile leader, with expertise in Agile frameworks and collaboration tools. They will be responsible for driving Agile practices, mentoring other Scrum Masters, and supporting Product Squads in delivering exceptional results. The role requires strong collaboration, facilitation, and coaching skills, as well as strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
