Job Description:
The SWIFT program is designed to support the integration, customization, and development of ICE applications and systems across various platforms. It aims to accelerate service delivery, leverage industry and government best practices, improve code quality, reduce administrative overhead, and enhance customer service. This specific task order is supporting HR. The scope of work includes rebuilding the performance management system.
Description of Duties/Responsibilities
The Lead ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal, technical-leadership role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This role will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements. Technical expertise and attention to detail are critical to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Required Skills

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in App Engine
Strong experience with Portal
Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
