Job Summary
We're seeking a Loan Product Manager/ Specialist to drive business growth and develop innovative loan and funding models. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in traditional finance, crypto, or R&D Engineering, with hands-on product innovation skills. They'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute business strategy, analyze client behavior, and identify market trends. With a focus on client experience and revenue growth, this role offers flexible remote work options and $4,000/year travel stipends. As part of Roboflow's team, you'll contribute to groundbreaking projects and shape the future of AI.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities (minor sales scope involved) to grow shares, increase revenue channels and capture new client segments
- Be one of the Loan Business owners, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Marketing, Treasury team) to execute business strategy and rollout new Loan business and funding management products
- Develop market-fit and innovative loan and funding model, execution and analytics strategies to broaden business product offerings and funding management methods to meet both institutional and retail client needs and improve client experience
- Analyze clients behavior and learn from traditional finance experience to effectively identify client and market trends to drive client-targeted sales increasing revenue, enable faster deployment and scalable production / internal risk metrics in real-time
- Proactively analyze and monitor KPIs, competitors’ landscape, VIP clients and community feedback to iterate overall product, marketing and business strategy
Requirements
- 5-8 years of work experiences in Loan, Equity, Digital Asset, R&D Engineering/ Crypto industry, ideally on traditional finance funding management related experience
- Hands-on product innovation process from scratch to launch
- Preferable from traditional finance product innovation roles who are interested in transition to crypto Business roles
- Good communication skills in English. Mandarin is a plus to collaborate with regional team members
- Crypto industry experience is a plus
