Wealthsimple is seeking a Manager, AI Growth to define and lead the adoption of AI-powered strategies that drive sales and revenue performance. The ideal candidate has experience working with growth, marketing, and/or sales teams on revenue-generating initiatives and has passion for new AI technologies. This role involves developing and executing AI-driven strategies, launching pilot programs, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and analyzing growth metrics. Job Description
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute AI-driven strategies that enhance revenue growth through automation, personalization, and workflow efficiency
- Launch and manage pilot programs to explore AI applications in lead generation, call center operations, and client engagement tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI into marketing and revenue workflows and continuously optimize performance
- Build scalable frameworks for AI implementation, including training, measurement, and change management
- Analyze growth metrics and use AI-powered insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Champion a test-and-learn culture and stay at the forefront of AI trends to drive ongoing innovation
- Stay up-to-date on emerging AI capabilities and trends, actively sourcing new ideas and opportunities from platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and industry communities to bring innovative AI solutions to Wealthsimple.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, revenue operations, or a related field
- A deep curiosity about and enthusiasm for AI in sales, marketing, or revenue operations; hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, chatbots or automation tools is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to turn insights into action
- A collaborative, cross-functional mindset and experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- A data-first approach and passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes
- Technical background with experience in CX or support operations (e.g. Zendesk) is a nice-to-have.
- Experience in consumer-facing roles focused on end-user impact is a strong plus, industry background is flexible.
