As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for authentication, access control, and user management systems. As an Engineering Manager for the Identity team, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining authentication (SSO, GitHub, email/password), access control (roles, permissions, tokens/keys), and user/team/organization management systems. You’ll partner closely with security, compliance, and platform teams to ensure our solutions are both user-friendly and enterprise-ready.

What You'll Do

    • Manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and aligning them with the organization’s long-term vision.
    • Drive team-level execution by prioritizing and allocating resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
    • Lead teams through change by providing clear direction, fostering alignment, and refining team charters as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture, encouraging innovation and supporting team growth.
    • Work closely with product and engineering leadership to set the technical direction, refine roadmaps, shape the organization, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects.
    • Collaborate with other engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful strategic projects, shaping the future of GraphOS.
    • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment based on trust, autonomy, and psychological safety.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring strategies, and actively attract and retain top engineering talent.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation as necessary.

$191,250 - $238,000 a year
