This role involves creating playbooks, participating in diligence processes, and reporting to executive leadership on integration milestones. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in M&A integration, business operations, or consulting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. The Corporate Development & Strategy team focuses on M&A, Figma Ventures, strategic opportunities and long-term product strategy. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up as the company’s first integration hire. This position will work closely with key executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to directly impact Figma’s future growth.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A
Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc.
Captain and product manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration
Report to executive leadership on integration milestones
Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma
6+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles
Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion
Experience running M&A integrations end-to-end
