We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Market Operations Specialist to join BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance (cryptocurrency exchange platform in Thailand). This role will manage our monitor and optimize the performance of Market Makers (MMs) Over the Counter Services (OTC), other Liquidity Providers (LPs), and oversee the FX and settlement with specific counterparties. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in trading operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our users while maintaining market competitiveness
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of market makers and liquidity providers, ensuring optimal liquidity, competitive spreads, and alignment with market conditions.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve market maker effectiveness.
- Collaborate with MMs to resolve issues and implement strategies for enhanced liquidity.
- Ensure smooth settlement process with Market Makers, and Liquidity providers working with finance and clearing team.
- Direct FX and settlement operations to facilitate efficient remittance services, ensuring reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work with Market makers and liquidity providers to offer clients best execution prices for OTC services in particular for high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve OTC and market operations.
- Monitor transaction flows, identify potential risks, and ensure smooth operation of all trading and remittance activities.
- Prepare detailed performance and risk reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities to improve the market liquidity for both exchange and OTC offerings.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency and financial market trends to maintain competitive service offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree qualification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in market making, liquidity management, OTC trading, or related roles in financial services or cryptocurrency.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, OTC trading mechanisms, and liquidity management.
- Proficiency in FX operations and familiarity with remittance service frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics and generating insights.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal coordination.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken to communicate with stakeholders.
