Job Summary
The Binance Global Business Development Team is seeking a Marketing BD Manager to drive growth and adoption of their products and services worldwide. The ideal candidate will build relationships with partners, secure increased budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to execute activations. With 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, and strategy, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate deals, and a basic understanding of compliance and legal requirements. Responsibilities
- Build relationships and liaise with Binance listed projects and ecosystem partners to driving enhance activations and partnerships
- Secure increased budgets from external partners who want to deepen partnership and collaboration with Binance
- Work closely with internal and external teams in the planning, coordination and execution of activations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics
- Foster close collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a partnerships, sponsorships, business development and strategy focused role
- Prior experience in relationship building and management, ability to communicate well with external stakeholders effectively and professionally
- Ability to negotiate deals and manage contract negotiations
- Basic understanding of compliance and legal requirements would be preferable
- Some understanding of cryptocurrency industry and its relevant products would be preferable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
