Job Summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support their local team in Brussels. The role involves setting up and coordinating omnichannel marketing campaigns, working with the client's marketing department, and ensuring smooth customer journeys. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. They should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and be proactive in problem-solving and digital-minded. This is a full-time or hybrid position with flexible remote work options.

For our office in Brussels and reporting to the Executive Director, we are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to support our local team.
 
 
Job Overview
You work as a marketing communications specialist as part of an expert account team servicing our largest client. You setup and coordinate omnichannel marketing communications campaigns from A to Z. These campaigns are mainly centered around building brand engagement and loyalty for our client’s existing customer base. You actively work with our account team, but also with our client’s marketing department which is one of the largest in Belgium.

What you'll be doing:

    • Capable to respond to client briefings, understand the client needs and respond with an appropriate project proposal
    • Manage, coordinate & challenge the communication campaigns (360°) with a digital point of view
    • Ensure smooth customer journeys
    • Design engaging customer advantages together with our client’s marketing department
    • Coordinate with CRM for target selection and campaign set-up
    • Professionally manage customer queries when necessary
    • Monitor the campaign results and adapt where necessary
    • Prepare a clear end-to-end campaign analysis
    • Suggest ways to improve reach, effectiveness and engagement for future campaigns

What you will bring:

    • Degree in marketing or communication or equivalent experience
    • 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience working for a marketing agency, a marketing department or a Customer Experience department.
    • Native NL speaker, able to speak EN, and understand FR
    • Excellent communication and organization skills, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Eager to learn, problem solver, and digital minded
    • Proactive, dynamic, a team player, fun and self-motivated and self-organised
    • Passionate about marketing, building customer-centric journeys and omnichannel orchestration
