Who we are looking for:
You bring experience in Marketing at a B2B company or in a healthcare context. You’re familiar with Marketing programs (lead generation, event creation and promotion, conference management, and customer engagement via social media tools), and have contributed to their development - either directly, or through sharing insights and recommendations.
You have a passion for creating compelling communications. You are also energized by developing organized processes, enabling your clients to feel prepared to engage prospects and customers at various touch points across the buyer and customer lifecycle. Moreover, you’ve played a leading role in designing events, marketing materials, marketing sequences and campaigns, and the management of Hubspot, Canva, and other tools come easy to you. You are detail-oriented and a proactive steward of the systems and projects you manage, and are comfortable managing administrative tasks for a senior leader related marketing.
Scope of Work: Pipeline Generation Project
Pipeline Generation (Pre-Sales)
Understand our ideal customer profile (ICP) and target audiences
Create and manage targeted campaigns: marketing emails, campaigns, automated workflows, sequences, forms, calls-to-action, custom properties, etc. within Hubspot, with a critical eye towards what communications attracts our ICPs
Develop and nurture our prospective buyers to guide them from awareness to sales by creating sales enablement assets and communications, paying attention to whether prospect interactions with these assets validate information about product-market fit or pain-solution alignment
Understanding the touch points in the buyer’s journey that guide a prospect from awareness to purchase, build, deploy and refine campaigns to drive sales velocity
Results measurement and pipeline refinement: review when prospects dropping off, bouncing, or becoming disengaged, and work with the CRO, the Director of Sales Enablement, and Sales team to determine what interventions might close gaps
Data Quality: Manage the input and quality of MQLs in Hubspot
Marketing Attribution: Track and analyze all marketing activity to pinpoint what works and what doesn’t. Trace the path from lead generation to conversion to see which tactics convert the most qualified leads.
Pipeline Generation (Post-Sales)
Using the same strategy above with customers, develop pipeline and Customer Qualified Leads for upsell opportunities.
