Location: UK, France or Germany
Languages: English (native or C2 level) required; French or German (native/C2 level) is beneficial.
A brief summary…….We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our global Marketing Operations team. This role is critical in optimizing our lead funnel, managing our marketing technology stack, supporting our Business Development teams, and ensuring seamless data flow and campaign execution across our EMEA demand generation initiatives.
Why it's a big deal………This role is crucial for effectively reaching, engaging, and converting prospects into pipeline. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with regional marketing, sales, and global marketing operations teams to improve marketing performance through data and technology.
Required experience:
Experience and Skills:
3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense, Groove, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of lead management, scoring, routing, and nurture automation.
Knowledge of GDPR and EMEA-specific data privacy laws.
Project Management and Communication:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
What you will do:
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Support and execute EMEA marketing campaigns in Marketo, including program building, webinars/event list loading, and lead nurture programs.
Optimize lead flow processes from Marketo to Salesforce, ensuring proper lead tracking, enrichment, and routing to sales.
Technology and Data Management:
Own and optimize marketing tools, ensuring seamless integrations and adoption of ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clari Groove, and other platforms.
Build dashboards and reports to track regional campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI using Salesforce (knowledge of PowerBI is a plus).
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with GDPR and regional data privacy laws.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Business Development, IT, and Revenue teams to ensure marketing efforts are driving pipeline and revenue.
