Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing and web development projects from task assignment to delivery control
- Plan project stages, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee and coordinate web development efforts: align technical solutions, and collaborate with developers and designers
- Facilitate effective communication between teams (marketing, web development, design, content, etc.)
- Monitor task execution, enforce deadlines, and ensure quality standards are met
- Participate in analyzing requirements, developing, and implementing new web products and marketing initiatives
- Prepare, approve, and manage technical specifications for projects
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in marketing or web development
- Understanding of web development processes: stages of development and core technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress, APIs, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, Paid Traffic, email marketing, and analytics
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to organize teamwork effectively
- Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Good level of spoken and written English and Russian. English language proficiency at B1-B2 level
Nice to have:
- Experience in digital agencies or IT companies
- Familiarity with UX/UI design and involvement in user interface development
- Experience launching marketing web products (landing pages, websites, platforms)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and related tools
