ClinChoice is searching for a Medical Information Call Center Consultant (MICC Consultant) to join one of our clients.

ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO with a strong focus on quality, professional development, and supportive culture. As a client-facing role, we are looking for confident candidates with the ability to work independently whilst establishing a high-trust environment with the client’s counterparts.  

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

Medical Knowledge:

  1. Proficiency: Strong understanding and competence in medical and therapeutic terminology. Ability to accurately interpret and communicate complex medical information to both healthcare professionals and patients.
  2. Narrative Skills: Exceptional narrative writing skills for documenting inquiries and responses clearly and concisely, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Customer Handling Skills:

  1. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent to ensure clear understanding across diverse demographics.
  2. Empathy: Ability to exhibit empathy and patience, especially when dealing with distressed or difficult customers. Skilled in de-escalation techniques and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  3. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively and efficiently, providing accurate and helpful information

 

Regulatory Compliance:

  1. Patient Safety: Comprehensive understanding of patient safety protocols and the importance of accurate information dissemination.
  2. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local and international regulatory obligations, such as FDA, EMA, and other relevant authorities. Ability to adhere to guidelines and ensure compliance in all interactions.

 

Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring traceability and accountability.

 

 

Education and Experience:

 

Minimum Requirement of bachelor’s degree in Biosciences (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology) or a professional healthcare qualification (e.g., B. Pharm/M.pharm, Nursing, Dentistry)

 

At least 1 year of PV experience (Candidates with MICC experience is preferred)

 

Experience in relevant fields, along with certifications in medical information or pharmacovigilance.

 

The MICC staff will cover EST Hours.

Bilingual is an advantage.
