Job Summary

As a Member of Product Staff at Reka, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of multimodal AI products. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Your responsibilities include developing and articulating product visions, conducting market research, creating product roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and championing user-centric design. With a focus on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility, you will identify and mitigate product risks throughout the development lifecycle. Role Overview:

As a Member of Product Staff, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our multimodal AI products, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a product vision and strategy aligned with Reka’s mission and market opportunities.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product decisions.

  • Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.

  • Champion user-centric design and collaborate with UX/UI designers for intuitive and accessible products.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing and sales.

  • Identify and mitigate product risks throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, especially in AI/machine learning/multimodal technologies and in a B2B setting (preferred)

  • Proven track record of launching and growing multimodal AI products.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
