As a Merchandising Lead, you will drive the growth and profitability of our new businesses while maintaining a laser focus on the customer experience. This entails spearheading the success and expansion of various new business ventures, including Beauty brands, an e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia (and other Countries), a Wholesale business, support for Amazon, expansion into new marketplaces (Shein, Macy’s, Walmart), International expansion of our D2C Business, and future endeavors. Achieving this mission involves strategically managing assortment, pricing strategies, inventory, support demand planning strategies and analysis, and sales planning and tracking. Success hinges on strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and adaptability to evolving market conditions, ensuring that the company thrives in both established and emerging markets.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in merchandising/purchasing is a must

  • Apparel OR Beauty industry experience is a must

  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with experience overseeing a diverse group of professionals across multiple markets or business units, is a plus

  • Experience in high volume, multiple category, and large SKU count areas is a must

  • Fluent English level is a must

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the assortment, pricing strategies and sales plan accomplishments for new businesses: Wholesale, Marketplaces (Shein, Amazon, Macy’s, Walmart), Kenz Women and Beauty (The Spa Dr and Revel), and any other new business launched in the company.

  • Define pricing strategies for new businesses, ensuring that each one is accomplishing its profitable targets.

  • Follow up inventory levels, in order to make decisions and avoid overstock or Out of Stock SKUs that could potentially harm the results of the business.

  • Support the teams on the definition of next month's forecasts, always keeping in mind the seasonality of the products, and the volume that each product can manage.

  • Be updated in terms of trends, competitors and seasonality of products, in order to properly own and manage the assortment for new businesses.

  • Detect opportunities in new markets, working along with the Research team, to always ensure the accurate assortment and strategy depending on the demographics of each business.

  • Main accountable for the execution and on time delivery of Wholesale’s linesheets for all main markets: May (Spring), June/July (Swimwear), November (Fall).

  • Follow up the order placement of each market, along with Demand Planning, to ensure on time deliveries to all wholesale customers.

  • Define and propose new products to add to each market’s linesheets, as well as the pricing strategy.

  • Work with the Merchandising Manager on the Product Journey Tribe defining the target costs for products in ideation phase, in order to ensure a profitable margin for Wholesale.

  • Work with the Listing team to always keep our own stores at an optimum level, to ensure a great customer experience.
