Key responsibilities include communicating product benefits, managing leads, forecasting revenue, and developing media plans. Strong analytical skills and experience in digital media are required. MGID works with major international brands like Renault and Qatar Airlines, offering integrated solutions for advertising promotion. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of sales experience in the DACH market and be fluent in English and German.

MGID offers a range of integrated solutions covering the promotion process every step of the way; we offer services ranging from planning out the marketing strategy to its thoughtful implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands like Renault, Domino’s, Airbnb, Pizza Hut, Qatar Airlines, and many others, including media organizations and web agencies.

Client Acquisition Manager role is crucial because it directly contributes to the company’s growth and success by building strong relationships with advertisers and driving sales. What will you do:

  • Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies

  • Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently.

  • Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth.

  • Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations.

  • Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts.

  • Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot.

  • Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners.

Who you are:

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market.

  • Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales.

  • Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers.

  • Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends.

  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in performance marketing

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech

  • Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization.

Languages proficiency:

  • Fluent English

  • Fluent German
