Responsibilities
- Business Process Management: Work with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard/framework agreed within the Operating Office and Operational Risk team
- Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement/optimisation opportunities
- Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality and costs
- Present process performance tracking reports and integrate feedback
- Project Management: Identify delivery gaps, recommend process opportunities and drive internal projects to optimise delivery outcomes
- Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
- Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate both internal and external teams to achieve operation scaling up
Requirements
- 1-3 years and above experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience
- Preferable with internal or external consulting background
- Hands-on experience of operational or Business Process Management work experience, preferably in a financial services organisation
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross team collaboration
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
