Job Description
Shipping & handling responsibilities:
- Service Partner & App Integrator Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key service partners and app integrators within the Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, and other e-commerce platforms' ecosystems to drive referrals to Shippo.
- Referral Program Management: Develop, implement, and optimize the referral program strategy to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through customer advocacy.
- Affiliate Program Leadership: Manage and scale our affiliate marketing program, including partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Co-Marketing Program Development: Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, including content creation, webinars, events, and promotional campaigns that drive mutual value.
- Influencer Marketing: Lead Influencer Marketing efforts to identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers in the e-commerce and shipping space.
- Partner Channel Strategy: Analyze partner marketing channel potential and develop strategies to maximize growth and revenue from existing and new partnership opportunities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on partner marketing program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continued optimization.
