As part of saas.group, our goal is to turbocharge promising B2B SaaS ventures and unlock their full potential. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Partnership Management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for photography. You'll work with a talented team, drive partnership efforts, build communities, and contribute to our growth. We offer ultimate flexibility, freedom, autonomy, and a small & friendly team. Join us on this journey to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.

This role is part of the picdrop team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

picdrop is a Berlin-based, photographer-driven company simplifying image sharing and collaboration since 2014. Now part of the saas.group portfolio, picdrop offers a powerful, user-friendly platform for creatives to easily transfer, share, and manage images with clients. Trusted by over 180,000 photographers, designers, and creative teams, our tool streamlines workflows and makes collaboration intuitive and seamless. We’re passionate about creating the ultimate tool for creative professionals, empowering them to focus on their craft.

Profile Overview

picdrop is built for photographers, by photographers. We are growing quickly, and have ambitious goals to accelerate that growth further internationally. As our Partnership Manager, your focus will be on expanding our relationships within the world of photography, finding ways to get traction in new markets, and contributing significantly to our growth.
The role offers challenges that will keep your brain and creativity bustling, a chance to get in touch with the big names in photography, and a great team where people learn from each other.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Successful onboarding and integration into our team
  • Establishing a structured, scalable way to find and approach new partnerships and collaborations. Your first partnerships are in place and add to picdrop’s growth.
  • Familiarizing yourself with our marketing strategy and finding your place in all our planned activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive Picdrop's partnership efforts by implementing a strategic approach, scouting and reaching out to potential partners, collaborators, and influencers.
  • Build communities through partnerships and other channels, including social media.
  • Discover new ways and strategies to broaden picdrop’s brand awareness and user base, and contribute to our growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of partnerships and collaborations.
  • (Co-)create our social media strategy and content primarily for Instagram, YouTube, Threads.

What You bring to the table

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Influencer Marketer, Partnership Manager, or in a similar role
  • You are an outstanding communicator who enjoys engaging with others, networking, and building relationships
  • Experience building and managing partnerships and communities
  • Familiarity with social media is a significant plus
  • You know a thing or two about other marketing channels and also about photography
  • You’re fluent in English and you can speak German

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.

picdrop is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.
