Job Description: Channel Partnerships Manager - Incode Workforce
Position: Channel Partnerships Manager (Know Your Employee/Incode Workforce Product)
Location: San Francisco or Remote
Reports to: Senior Director of Strategy (Leader for Incode Workforce Product)
About Incode
Incode is transforming identity verification and cybersecurity by solving one of the most critical challenges organizations face today: validating real-world identity to secure employee interactions and prevent fraud. With the rise of deepfake fraud, social engineering attacks, and increasingly sophisticated identity threats, traditional IAM systems fall short in ensuring employee authenticity during critical moments like password resets, MFA enrollment, and account recovery.
Incode Workforce bridges this gap by integrating with leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra, as well as business-critical applications like Slack and Zoom. Through real-world identity verification, we provide seamless and secure employee onboarding, lifecycle authentication, and protection against deepfake attacks—without requiring specialized devices or intrusive processes.
Our mission is to empower organizations to confidently secure their workforce, delivering trust at every touchpoint and enabling businesses to stay ahead of evolving threats.
