Job Description: Channel Partnerships Manager - Incode Workforce

  • Position:  Channel Partnerships Manager (Know Your Employee/Incode Workforce Product)

  • Location: San Francisco or Remote

  • Reports to: Senior Director of Strategy (Leader for Incode Workforce Product)

About Incode

Incode is transforming identity verification and cybersecurity by solving one of the most critical challenges organizations face today: validating real-world identity to secure employee interactions and prevent fraud. With the rise of deepfake fraud, social engineering attacks, and increasingly sophisticated identity threats, traditional IAM systems fall short in ensuring employee authenticity during critical moments like password resets, MFA enrollment, and account recovery.

Incode Workforce bridges this gap by integrating with leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra, as well as business-critical applications like Slack and Zoom. Through real-world identity verification, we provide seamless and secure employee onboarding, lifecycle authentication, and protection against deepfake attacks—without requiring specialized devices or intrusive processes.

Our mission is to empower organizations to confidently secure their workforce, delivering trust at every touchpoint and enabling businesses to stay ahead of evolving threats.

 Role Overview

As the Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be a pivotal player in expanding the reach of Incode Workforce through strategic partnerships. You will identify and onboard high-impact IAM and cybersecurity resellers, structure incentive programs, and enable partners to drive adoption and revenue growth. This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about scaling a zero-to-one product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Identification: Identify and prioritize high-value IAM and cybersecurity resellers and technology integrators aligned with Incode Workforce’s market strategy.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership terms with revenue goals.

  • Enablement & Training: Develop enablement materials and training programs to equip partners with a deep understanding of Workforce features, use cases, and value propositions.

  • Host workshops, webinars, and events to educate and engage channel partners.

  • Revenue Generation: Own the channel sales pipeline and ensure partners meet revenue and performance metrics.

  • Work closely with the sales team to execute co-selling strategies and close deals.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partner inquiries, ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction.

  • Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in IAM and cybersecurity to inform partnership strategies.

  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to continuously improve Workforce’s market positioning.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or sales in the IAM, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through third-party partnerships.

  • Experience designing and implementing partner enablement programs.

  • Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra) is a strong plus.

 Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and drive decisions.
