  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by creating diverse interview panels and promoting equitable hiring practices
  • Manage recruiting efforts autonomously, while following established recruiting processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams to streamline the recruiting process and offer strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for revenue-generating and revenue-adjacent roles
  • Proven experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong experience working with leaders at all levels, from front-line managers to SVPs
  • Expertise in data-driven recruiting, utilizing analytics to drive talent acquisition strategy
  • Familiarity with high-volume Revenue Ops organizations, high-performing marketing teams, and product-led growth business models
  • Experience with Gem and Greenhouse or similar recruiting platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to pivot quickly and manage multiple requisitions
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and driving Apollo.io's values
