Conga offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, including a U.S. base OTE range of $141,000 - $225,000.

Each day for an SE involves a variety of work, experience gained within an emerging market, and the ability to become proficient in enterprise applications like Conga’s and various CRMs, ERPs, etc., and the APIs used to connect them. A Conga SE will be able to interact and make a difference with all teams within the company (marketing, product, sales, development, etc.).

A successful candidate will bring experience with the full Conga product portfolio, including CPQ, CLM, and Document Automation, as well as a strong background in managing complex sales cycles to align solutions with customer needs and deliver transformative results.

Are you the person we’re looking for?  

 

Champion of the Customer. The ideal candidate will conduct discovery workshops with the customer to learn more about their company, the industry and market they operate in, their current business processes and pain points, and their ideal future state.

 

A good eye for data interpretation. You will take all customer data, including current business processes, market, industry, pain points, and ideal future state, and map the problems to unique Conga solutions to create a compelling product demonstration.

 

Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You will display strong written and verbal communication skills. Marry a results-oriented approach that balances a “take charge, do-whatever-it-takes” attitude with teamwork and collaboration.

 

Expert relationship builder and customer service enthusiast. It’s important that you genuinely enjoy building relationships. You will develop & maintain relationships with key internal and external partners to drive toward a beneficial outcome for customers.

 

Here’s what will give you an edge

Industry expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Product Pricing Configurators, Contract Management, Document Management, Revenue Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or related products.

Related experience. Prior knowledge of working in or managing a professional services organization, or large project teams. Experience with or acumen in working with API-focused solutions. Demonstrable experience in force.com applications on the force.com platform.

 

Willingness. Let’s face it – our customers are in various locations, so we need to support them. Ability and willingness to travel and support in-person meetings, marketing events, and conferences.

 

Compensation... 

 

In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination.  In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.

The U.S. base OTE range for this full-time position is $141,000 - $225,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance. 

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description.  We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.  In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
