The work you do here will positively impact lives around the world. We stand by our promise: Opportunity Made Possible. In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, we invite you to join us in expanding your skills and helping to reshape the future of work.

At G-P, we assist organizations in building exceptional global teams in days, not months—streamlining the hiring, onboarding, and management process to unlock growth potential for all.

What you will do:

  • Lead architecture for internal integrations with CRMs (Salesforce), ERPs (Workday), multiple CMS platforms, and Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce, Workday, and Software architects, ensuring alignment between enterprise IT systems and our AWS Serverless platform.
  • Act as a key liaison with IT Operations leadership and the CIO, participating in strategic discussions and influencing the direction of technology solutions for mission-critical systems.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive integration strategy, enabling consistent data flows, minimizing duplication, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Drive the execution of the target-state 1-3 year cloud-native architecture for internal integrations and ensure alignment with the broader platform vision.
  • Facilitate architecture reviews, including Well-Architected Reviews, Threat Modeling, and Integration Design Reviews, with a focus on critical business integrations.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for integration patterns, middleware, and shared services, ensuring reuse and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver proof-of-concepts for key integration scenarios, utilizing a hands-on approach when necessary (Node/TypeScript, Java/Spring, or other relevant technologies).
  • Define and enforce integration security standards, including data protection, IAM, and key management best practices, in collaboration with security teams.
  • Evangelize integration best practices across engineering teams, educating on patterns, anti-patterns, and design principles for high-performing distributed systems.
  • Assume ownership of key operational KPIs for integration reliability, including system uptime, data accuracy, and latency.
  • Continuously improve integration processes, leveraging metrics to drive enhancements in performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define and refine requirements for system integrations and analytics, ensuring traceability of data across platforms.
  • Architect and oversee integrations for MarTech solutions such as HubSpot, Heap, and other web analytics tools, ensuring proper data flow and governance across marketing and customer engagement platforms.
  • Define the data strategy for customer insights, enabling accurate attribution models, lead tracking, and user behaviour analytics to improve marketing decision-making.

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience driving architectural and design decisions for cloud-centric or enterprise integration systems.
  • Extensive experience architecting and delivering integration solutions for Cloud SaaS platforms and enterprise IT systems; AWS experience is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in serverless-first architecture, event-driven patterns, and RESTful API design for internal system integrations.
  • Proven experience integrating large enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and various CMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as HubSpot, Heap, Google Analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Working knowledge of middleware solutions, message brokers, and data synchronization strategies for distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of application security, data protection, and cloud network security, with hands-on experience in secure integration design.
  • A strategic thinker with a systems-oriented mindset and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Excellent communicator with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders, including IT leadership, engineering teams, and external partners.
  • Strong ability to quickly assess and understand new technologies and architectural patterns, particularly in the context of enterprise integration.
  • Proven track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • A proactive advocate for developer enablement, integration consistency, and operational excellence.

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants who meet the inherent requirements for the position. Please note that background checks are required, and this may include criminal record checks.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $170,000 plus variable compensation.

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York City Fair Chance Act.
