As a Process Engineer I, you will execute routine operational process methods, runbooks, and procedures, assisting in improvements and gathering documentation for process mapping. You will work closely with the Product Organization to drive process improvement and prioritize customer needs through collaborative problem-solving. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of customer needs and continually growing skills to provide customer-focused solutions. You will be expected to adapt quickly to dynamic customer needs and expectations, while cultivating a positive environment to effectively work together towards a common goal. With a strong technical background, you will prepare extensive written documents, process workflow diagrams, and business requirements.
