Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of five analysts, fostering growth and delivering impactful insights.
- Oversee A/B testing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations based on results.
- Align analytics efforts with business goals by collaborating across Product, and Engineering teams.
- Champion best practices in analytics and drive improvements in processes and infrastructure.
Required skills:
- 8+ years in product analytics with leadership experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and tools like Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and product performance monitoring.
- Strong communication skills to guide the team and present insights to stakeholders.
- Experience building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
