Job Summary
We are seeking a Product & Operations Manager to support product development and oversee exchange operations for BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance. The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, trading platforms, or crypto exchanges and can manage both product execution and operational efficiency. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, liquidity providers, and customer support teams to improve platform functionality and optimize workflows. As a Product & Operations Manager at Binance, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps, conduct market research and competitor analysis, collect and analyze user feedback, and ensure all product enhancements comply with local regulations and business goals. You will also oversee daily exchange operations, monitor platform performance, identify issues, and coordinate with tech teams to resolve them. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, leadership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle complex projects with cross-functional teams. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Product Management & Development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps.
- Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new features for the exchange.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify user pain points and new opportunities.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance product functionality and trading experience.
- Ensure all product enhancements comply with local regulations and business goals.
- Operations & Platform Management
- Oversee daily exchange operations, including trading execution, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and coordinate with tech teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze user behavior, trading activity, and operational data to improve platform efficiency.
- Track key performance metrics and generate reports for leadership.
- Optimize workflows and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree qualification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in product management, trading operations, or fintech.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle complex projects with cross-functional teams.
