The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the crypto or payments domain. They should be able to prioritize and develop requests from multiple teams, evaluate and balance competing needs, and make data-driven decisions. We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our Core Cryptogate product, a gate between blockchains and user interface. In this role, you’ll prioritize and develop requests from multiple teams and stakeholders, evaluating and balancing their needs to determine which system components should be delivered first and why.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in strategic planning and goals of the product line in the area of crypto services development
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the successful implementation of product tasks
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhancements
- Describes and validates the business logic of solutions
- Understands the delivered value, and has a clear understanding of the ecosystem in which the service operates
- Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development
- Clearly and concisely communicate the business value of solutions to the team and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in the crypto or payments domain
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including experience in guiding projects from concept to delivery and coordinating across various stages of development
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and various internal departments, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables
- Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing requests from multiple teams, balancing competing needs, and making data-driven decisions to deliver the most impactful components
- Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and user workflows, with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and roadmap execution
- Understanding blockchain principles and crypto payments operations
Nice to have:
- Experience in creating and managing products in the FinTech, Crypto or B2B space
- Understanding the specifics of developing and implementing financial products for businesses
- Understanding of working with the acquiring/payment processing
- Understanding compliance requirements: knowledge of regulatory requirements for reporting and financial control
- Data analysis and BI tools: skills in working with business intelligence tools and building reports
