Product Manager

Remofirst

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Product Manager/Delivery Manager to help deliver high-quality features and services, with a strong analytical mindset, passion for creative problem-solving, and experience in product management or business analysis.

Remofirst empowers employers to be free from geographical boundaries when accessing talent, allowing employees to pursue opportunities wherever they may exist. We are on a mission to be the FIRST to truly revolutionize the industry and be a generational company.
Our platform offers a full-range people management tool, employee benefits like health insurance, and financial benefits, and enables clients to hire anyone from anywhere with one click. Remofirst manages employees and contractors for Fortune 500 companies (e.g., Microsoft, Mastercard) and the best startups worldwide (e.g., TransferGo).
We are a small but strong team of 100+ people (and growing) hyper-focused on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Product Manager/Delivery Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
We are seeking a Product Manager/Delivery Manager with a strong analytical mindset, a knack for working with numbers, and a passion for creative problem-solving. This role is key to ensuring the delivery of high-quality features while assisting with their scoping, definition, and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, led by the Product Manager, to understand the “why” behind features and ensure seamless implementation.
If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a drive for turning ideas into reality, this role is for you. While experience in payroll is not mandatory, it is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

      • Delivery Management:
– Own the end-to-end delivery of new features, ensuring they are shipped on time and within scope.
– You’ll be involved early in product definition, breaking down scope into epics and user stories.
– Assist PMs in breaking down scope into epics and user stories while identifying dependencies and blockers.
– Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
– Collaborate with development squads to resolve blockers and maintain progress.
      • Feature Definition & Scoping:
– Assist the Product Manager in gathering and refining feature requirements from stakeholders.
– Translate high-level ideas into detailed user stories and actionable deliverables.
– Ensure alignment between stakeholders and the development team on the feature scope.
      • Stakeholder Collaboration:
– Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
– Understand the “why” behind feature requests to ensure they deliver tangible business value.
– Facilitate feedback loops to improve feature success post-implementation.
      • Data-Driven Decision Making:
– Use data to evaluate feature success, identifying areas for improvement.
– Analyze key metrics related to payroll, invoicing, and platform usage to support product decisions.
– Manage and track business outcomes (OKRs), focusing on results, not just output.
– Collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
      • Creative Problem-Solving:
– Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
– Solve complex problems with creative and pragmatic solutions.
– Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the product and delivery function.

What you’ll need:

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Delivery manager and/or Business Analyst position.

Why work at Remofirst?

    • Startup environment. Remofirst is an early-stage start-up. You have a voice and can influence and grow rapidly.
    • Build & Scale From Scratch. Experience hyper-growth scale and help us build a great team of professionals worldwide that can help us achieve this ambitious vision.
    • Work for a Market Leader. Scale a project that counts market-leading companies like Microsoft, Mastercard, and more as happy customers.
    • Compensation and perks are great! Competitive compensation. Work equipment of your choice. 100% remote work. PTO regulated by local statutory.
    • Culture. We lead with respect, kindness, and the right to fail. We value hard yet smart work. Diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA.  As we grow and evolve, we welcome your input to help us define our culture further.
