Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of a new product. The role involves guiding the vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, building the product roadmap, and leveraging emerging technologies like LLMs. This is a full-time position that can be remote or based in one of Figma's US hubs.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an exciting new product currently in incubation. This is a unique opportunity to shape an innovative solution from the ground up!

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Guide the vision, strategy and execution of a new Figma product

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning

  • Build the product roadmap, define requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives

  • Find opportunities to leverage new technologies, like LLMs, to build innovative workflows that solve real problems for the design community

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager

  • Experience working with designers or other creative professionals as a customer base, or experience working on community-oriented products

  • Experience shipping high-quality software products that made a difference for your customers

  • Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs
