The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
Zone A: $134,000 - $181,000
Zone B: $126,000 - $170,000
Zone C: $118,000 - $159,000
Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
CAD $152,000 - $205,500
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Own the roadmap for libraries on Webflow
Prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities to drive adoption, retention, and product-market fit for libraries
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, user research, data, and GTM teams to bring new capabilities to life
Bring the voice of the visual developer to the product development process: developing deep user empathy, and combining qualitative and quantitative insights with expertise in crafting experiences for the web
Operate at every level of fidelity—sweating the UX details while driving projects towards high-impact results
Your impact on libraries will contribute to the broader Scaled Design vision and strategy, so you’ll receive hands-on coaching and mentorship from peers on the Design Systems PM team.

You’ll thrive as a Product Manager on the Scaled Design team if you:
Have 2+ years experience in product management, design, or related discipline
Are excited about empowering builders, designers, and creatives with amazing tools
Are familiar with design systems, and with frontend web development: HTML, CSS, Javascript and modern frameworks like React
Can collaborate with design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to bring compelling ideas to life
