They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring messaging and positioning to life, drive customer adoption, and develop and refine the product roadmap. The Product Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Sales and CX teams to ensure they have the assets and messaging needed to connect with buyers effectively. Are you a passionate storyteller with a talent for showcasing how software can empower small businesses to achieve big results? We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! As a key member of our Product Marketing team, reporting to our Director of Product Marketing, you’ll collaborate with the GTM teams to bring our messaging and positioning to life. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment to launch product innovations that demonstrate market impact and improve customer adoption. What your day could consist of:

    • Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate to create compelling narratives for your product area(s) that resonate with ActiveCampaign’s target audiences, highlighting our value and differentiation. Turn technical features into solutions and narratives that can be easily understood by internal and external audiences.
    • Market Research: Build expertise in the target markets, segments, buyer personas, competitors, and partners for your product area(s). Educate cross-functional teams on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities. Support other product marketers with platform competitive research, use cases, and guidance that helps them market platform features within their product areas.
    • Launches: Ensure successful product and feature launches by collaborating with the Product and Marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement programs for your product area(s) that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
    • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to resource for our internal teams for your product area(s), with support from the Director of Product Marketing.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX to align on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and campaigns.
    • Field Enablement: Collaborate with the enablement team to ensure the Sales and CX teams have the assets and messaging to connect with buyers effectively.
    • Product Assets and Collateral: Work with the Sales and CX teams to identify and then create compelling internal tools and external collateral to drive growth and adoption of your product area(s).

What is needed:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
    • MarTech or adjacent industry experience preferred
    • Experience with SMB, product-led growth and/or self-serve sales motions preferred
    • Experience and comfort supporting more technical, platform-level features in support of a core product preferred
    • Experience with storytelling and the ability to turn complex concepts into innovative marketing messages
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, be flexible, and able to adapt to changing scenarios
    • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate with departments across the organization
    • Superb communications skills across all mediums 
$104,000 - $143,000 a year
