Educate cross-functional teams on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities. Support other product marketers with platform competitive research, use cases, and guidance that helps them market platform features within their product areas.
    • Launches: Ensure successful product and feature launches by collaborating with the Product and Marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement programs for your product area(s) that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
    • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to resource for our internal teams for your product area(s), with support from the Director of Product Marketing.

    • Experience with SMB, product-led growth and/or self-serve sales motions preferred
    • Experience and comfort supporting more technical, platform-level features in support of a core product preferred
