AlphaSense is seeking a Product Specialist for their New York City office, with remote work options available. As a Product Specialist, you will build relationships with prospective clients to drive platform adoption and deliver value. You will conduct on-site client visits, host training sessions, and provide strategic guidance to ensure users maximize their AlphaSense experience. Your role will also involve partnering closely with account management to engage with users, providing tailored training, optimizing workflows, and delivering ongoing product consultations to enhance client success and retention. Additionally, you will support sales efforts by leading product demos, assisting in pitches, and overcoming common objections. The ideal candidate is a client-facing professional with superior ability to develop rapport with new people, maintain relationships, and communicate effectively at any level of an organization. AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $70,000-$90,000, plus performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

About the Role
The Product Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense while helping to drive adoption. Due to the extensive exposure that Product Specialists have with clients, they’re also in a prime location to partner with our sales and product teams in determining future product developments that will resonate with the market.

Base Compensation Range*: $70,000-$90,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
