Job Summary
Rackspace Technology is seeking an experienced Program Lead to join their Public Cloud Strategic Operations Team. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of a multi-faceted program across various disciplines, including sales, marketing, delivery, product, alliances, finance, human resources, and legal. They will develop and implement new processes and workflows, manage deliverables, communicate status, escalate issues, and regularly meet with senior leaders. The Program Lead should have expertise in AWS funding mechanics, AWS processes, and AWS field engagement, as well as excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $116,100 - $198,440 per year, plus variable compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of not only the program but multiple projects across the program. Some with highly complex requirements.
- Planning and execution of the dedicated program including the program plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for a complex program.
- Have a full understanding of all program/project requirements; both business and technical.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as coordinating across functions.
- Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
- Tracks the success criteria, performance metrics, and Key Performance Indicators for the program.

- Expert-level knowledge of AWS processes and programs.

- Financial skills to develop, track, and report on the program budget.

Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or regional equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute the degree requirement.
- A minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in the field of the role is required.
Physical Demands
- General office environment. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor.
- Moderate levels of stress may occur at times.
- No special physical demands are required.
