Rackspace is seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager to join their Public Cloud Business Operations Team. The ideal candidate will think strategically and programmatically, drive processes and consistency across the business, and deliver impactful business outcomes. They will lead programs from start to finish, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of dedicated programs, communicating program status and risk, defining success criteria, and working with cross-functional stakeholders. They should have expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and business operations, as well as excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 10 years of total program management experience is required, along with certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL Certification, or Project Management (PMP) Certification. Rackspace is seeking a highly accomplished Program Manager to join the Public Cloud Business Operations Team, focused on driving execution of critical initiatives as structured programs for the Public Cloud Business Unit.
This role requires someone who will think both at a strategic and programmatic level and be able to effectively drive processes and consistency across the business and deliver impactful business outcomes. The individual needs to be comfortable working with and engaging senior leaders while managing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
The Program Manager leads a program(s) from start to finish and orchestrates across a variety of stakeholders for core deliverables. Responsible for collaboration across all program stakeholders, senior management, and the business community implementing the solution. We're looking for an individual who is a great team player, a self-starter, strategic thinker and adaptable to jumping in to solve issues and drive solutions across the business.

Planning and execution of dedicated program(s) including the program plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for complex programs.
